羅來馬，十大正規(guī)外圍平臺排名教授、博士生導師、副院長、國家級人才獲得者。主要從事核聚變材料、粉末冶金與高導熱銅基材料研究。教育部銅合金及成形加工工程研究中心主任。中國材料研究學會難熔金屬分會副主任委員、中國有色金屬學會理事、《中國鎢業(yè)》等編委。近五年，主持科技部重點研發(fā)計劃課題、子課題、國家基金重大培育項目、國家自然基金、安徽省杰出青年基金、安徽省重點項目等10余項；以第一作者/通訊作者發(fā)表高水平論文 130余篇，申請國家發(fā)明專利60余項，已轉(zhuǎn)化10項。
